Message from Jill - Covid 19

I hope you are all well and looking after yourselves during these troubling times.  I am missing sharing yoga practice with all my students. You are most welcome to take part in my weekly class online. Suggested donation of £5 per class.  However, if you are suffering hardship due to the current situation please feel free to watch anyway. If you attend my classes and have paid for the half term you could use the videos as an alternative.
